Pathway to Premier is designed for new representatives achieve the Avon Premier level by the end of their first eight campaigns (or four months) with Avon. New Representatives will achieve this level by accumulating $5,000 in total sales. On top of the 25% earnings, for every $200 you sell within a campaign, you get a $20 bonus. For every $1,000 cumulative you sell in your first 8 campaigns, you will get $100 bonus, 25% earnings, and 20% bonuses.
